I drained the spaghetti and set it aside.
Then I removed the casings some from raw mild Italian sausage and dumped the meat into a large pot over medium-high heat.
I crumbled the sausage meat well as it cooked.
Once the sausage meat was fully cooked I added some marinara sauce to the pot.
I stirred the marinara and sausage meat together well.
Then I added the cooked spaghetti to the pot.
I stirred until all of the spaghetti was coated in sauce and then removed the pot from the heat.
I dumped some sour cream, cream cheese and basil pesto into a medium mixing bowl.
I used an electric mixer to cream all of the ingredients together well.
Then I added some shredded Italian cheese blend to the bowl.
I stirred the shredded cheese into the sour cream and cream cheese mixture.
Then I scooped half of the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
I spread the sour cream and cream cheese mixture on top of the spaghetti.
Then I scooped the remaining spaghetti on top of the sour cream and cream cheese mixture.
I sprinkled some shredded Italian cheeses on top.
Then I placed the dish in the oven and baked the spaghetti until the cheese on top was starting to brown.
I removed the dish from the oven and served the spaghetti immediately.
